About the Chef

I started this hobby of baking and cooking with my own spin on recipes when I was younger. Growing up my parents asked us kids to make one meal per week and I often just threw food together that I knew tasted good. The older I became and the more I was cooking by following recipes. I continued to think about which ingredients would take the recipe to a new level and thus... The Well Adjusted Chef was born!
